All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address we are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address when information is entered incorrectly.

This is the private property of the card holder at all times before , during and after product purchase. all transactions are processes though shopify payments- secure form of payment that is heavily encrypted by third party payment processors.

Please make sure you enter the correct billing address and contact information. exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

we will provide a refund or exchange on hair that has not been unwrapped , worn or otherwise tampered within (5) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions. otherwise , ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

why are Extension Experts extensions NON-returnable if unwrapped or worn or otherwise tampered with? Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. for the safety of all customers we cannot allow opened items to be returned this is a common practice with hair extension suppliers
